NSW State Hill climb Round 4

Sun shining and conditions great, members of the HSCC turned up to Mt Cooperabung to compete in today's round 4 state hill climb, hosted by Kempsey Sporting Car Club.

A smaller field than usual, with many new faces from up and down the coast, and over the mountain; it was a fun and competitive day out for all.

Hastings Sporting Car Club's members Michael, Kyle and Brad Boaden as well as Thomas Leicht, were out on the track.

Michael Boaden, was able to come away with a 1st place in his class in the Evo with a 0:27.362 (PB)

Both the brothers had a good rivalry in the brand new $100 lancer, with prayers that the clutch would hold out for the day. Kyle getting a 36.999; however just being outdone by "the man" Bradley with a 36.769.

Kyle was also able to come away with fastest junior of the day.

Thomas Leicht had a great run, improving on his previous times considerably and managed to set a PB of 36.453 in the Hyundai Excel.

Some of our other awesome club members were also out to watch the event and support our HSCC members with their runs!
